The MyHSHS password is like the secret key to login your Myhshs account and this is why it is advised that you must use a password that is strong enough that no one else can guess it while it is easy for you to memorize it.
If for any reason you want to reset your MyHSHS password, this guide explains how you can do so. Please note, you must have your account details (your email address and other details) ready to be able to complete this step.
I forgot my MyHSHS Username or Password. What should I do?
If you’re having trouble logging in, click the “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?” link below the login fields for assistance. You will go through two-step verification to verify your identity so you can recover your username or password. You can also contact our MyChart Patient Support Line at 866-312-5023 to request assistance.

To reset your Myhshs forgotten password, follow this guide;
1. Visit Myhshs login section as you would always do when you want to login your account. Here is the link to it; https://www.myhshs.org/MyHSHS/Authentication/Login?
2. On the page, click on “Forgot login information?”
3. Select the “I forgot my password” Myhshs account recovery option.
4. At this point you will need to verify your information as to be able to proceed to further, and this includes providing your;
MyChart username
Social Security Number
Your date of birth.
5. Click on “Next” and complete the on-screen instructions and you will be able to recover your MyHSHS password. Once you reset Myhshs password you will be able to use the new password to login your Myhshs account.

I was logged out of MyChart. What happened?
MyHSHS aims to protect your privacy and information. If you remain idle for 10 minutes or more after you log in to MyChart, you will be automatically logged out. It is recommend that you log out of MyChart if you need to leave your computer for even a short period of time.
What do I do if I get locked out of my account?
To have your account re-activated, send an email request to helpdesk@hshs.org or call our MyChart Patient Support Line at 866-312-5023.
Note, make sure to keep your account in a good standing order so you will not lose access to your Myhshs account.
